Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Heels

  Carefully place your heels back in their original Hella Heels box, ensuring all protective tissue and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely tape it to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
